Before I began I took my measurements
Weight 170.2
Goal weight 140

I started the day with my weigh in. Then I took the 10 drops under my tongue, waited 10 minutes. The drops had a bitter taste, but not that bad. Then I had my coffee with Sweet-n-Low, which is permitted. Don't make the mistake that many people do by using any sweetners but Sweet-N-Low and Stevia.
Day 1 is a fat eating day so I felt free to eat a whole wheat bagel with butter for breakfast.
I am not going to go through a list of all I ate, because it would be boring.
I took the drops again 30 minutes before I ate lunch and again 30 minutes before dinner.
I spent the day preparing all of my approved meals for the week, I felt this would be better since I tend to just grab whatever when I prepare my lunches for work. This way everything is premeasured and cooked, etc.
That is pretty much the first day.
Day 2 1/23/2011
Beginning weight 170.2
Current weight 168.8
I woke up and I went and weighed in. As you can see I lost 1.4 lbs, even with eating fatty foods all day the day before.
The 2nd day is also a fat eating day and I did what I could to eat fatty foods.
I took the drops as required.
The only side affect I seemed to have was a few more trips to the bathroom than usual.
Since this is a fat eating day, there is not much to record.
