By the time I got home from work yesterday I had some nausea, not enough to interfere with taking my mini-walk to the mailbox, but enough to notice. I thought that if I ate my dinner that would help and did for a little bit, but within the hour it came back. By the time I went to bed I thought I was going to vomit, but didn't.
When I woke up this morning I felt ok. I got out of bed, used the bathroom and weighed myself. I was so happy to see that I was down to 166.6. Last year when I started another weight loss program, I started at 178 and didn't get 166 until 4 months into the diet and that was with working out everyday for an hour a day. Then I stayed at 166 until I gave up altogether.
I went into the kitchen to take my drops and really felt nauseas'. I was able to get dressed for work, but have had waves of the nausea. I am trying mint tea in hopes that it will help. I am also eating a fruit serving this morning. I also took a multi-vitamin thinking that this was due to lack of vitamins.
