My Journey to weight loss through the HCG Diet.

So I have decided to try my weight loss through the HCG diet. I am not taking injections I am using HCG drops. With this diet you are provided a 500 calorie intake. There is a specific list of foods you can eat and how much. You basically get a meat 100 grams 2x daily, 2 servings of a vegetable 2x daily (but only certain vegetables, you get bread 2 x daily two pieces total (but it is limited to Melba toast & something else) and you get 2 servings of fruit a day. No bananas and no mango (which I don't care about because I hate mango's. The suggestion is to skip breakfast. Have only lunch and dinner with snacks. You can have as much tea, coffee and water you want. You are advised to drink at least 2 liters of water a day.
You take the 10 drops under the tongue 3x a day. Nothing to eat or drink 10 minutes before and 10 minutes after, you hold these drops under the tongue for 1 to 2 minutes, then swallow. It has a little bit of sour taste, but nothing too horrible.
The day you start the plan you take the drops as prescribed, however for the first 2 days you are to eat fatty foods, as this prepares you body. If you do not eat the fatty foods for the 2 days, it suggests that you will not get as good results. (I can not advise on this because I ate fatty foods). - this is just a brief explaination. I suggest that you do your own research on the diet, I am only blogging on my journey.
There are manu restrictions on this diet, so I made sure that I printed everything out from the internet and I am following it very closely. I got a folder with brads in order to keep it all organized. I then took a blank calendar to record my start day and for each day I track my weight.
