Yesterday was the "re" beginning of the diet. It is considered a "load" day. This time around I decided to take it seriously. I am not sure that I have ever eaten so much in all of my life. (I am sure I did, otherwise I would not be this big to begin with).
I started the day eating a bowl of cookie cereal with milk. Then I had a spicy chicken roll from QT, love those things and I am sure they are not that healthy. After I got home from my sisters and went grocery shopping. I made sure that I included high fat content food to the menu for the "load" days. Also included the allowed food for phase 2.
I ate 1 & 1/2 of those large Cadbury milk chocolate bars, 2 scoops of chocolate ice cream, a Philly cheesesteak with chips, 2 crossiants dipped in melted butter plus some chocolate covered graham crackers. All delicious, but fattening. Today is another "load" day and I will enjoy eating bacon, steak, baked potato with butter and sour cream. I will eat more milk chocolate bars, ice cream, homemade bread slathered in butter.
Now you maybe wondering how am I feeling with taking the drops? Am I still suffering from the "lightheadedness"? Since I had been to the doctor because the symptoms were bothering me even when I was not taking the drops. I got up and I took my antibiotics after I took the morning drops, a little later in the morning I felt a little lightheadedness and I took an over the counter motion sickness pill, I have felt fine all day after that.
I did find that the drops were a little more "sour/medicine" tasting than I recalled the first time I took them, however not bad enough to make me stop taking them. The only thing that I am finding is that I have a little more heartburn than I was having before. Good thing they make acid reducer that has no sugar in it.
Day 2 Phase 2 - Here I come. I am looking forward to stepping on the scale everyday and finding my clothes to be too big. I am looking forward to wearing a t-shirt and not having the fat bulging out from under my bra straps.
