Day 2 Phase 1 - 2/6/2011

Current weight 169.4

Oh yeah I did put on 2.4 pounds eating all fatty foods for 2 straight days. Before beginning this diet I had been very diligent in watching the fatty foods that I ate. I was on a low fat diet due to the awareness of my high cholesterol.
I spent Sunday eating nothing but fat laden foods. I ate bacon for breakfast along with a few pieces of home baked bread covered in butter, yes real butter. I had corn-beef hash for lunch, 1 1/2 cadbury chocolate bars, chocolate covered graham crackers, I had a steak, baked potato covered in butter, butter and more butter as well as sour cream. I ate chocolate, chocolate ice cream.
After eating all the fatty foods I found my body was not happy. I was lethargic, moody and exhausted. My acid reflux was almost unbearable. By the end of Sunday night my body was craving healthy food.
I woke up this morning at 5:30am instead of my typical 6:00am. I spent most of the night kicking my covers off because I so sweaty! I had such acid reflux going on that several times in the night I had to get up and drink a little water, even though I chewed 2 Tums before bed. When I got dressed I found all of my clothing to be a bit snug.
Now to start Phase 2 - Low, low calorie diet and drops. I know I can do it and I will let you know how the loss goes.
