Current Weight 156.
Well it's been a bit since I posted so I should update everything.
I have gone a bit up and down on the scale.  Nothing ever over 2 lbs and usually it is back down the next day.  I am trying very hard to not slide back into my old ways of eating, which is very easy to do.
I have changed the way I buy food.  I am looking at calories and portion sizes.  I have switched to Skinny Cow ice cream as well as Sherbet in  place regular ice cream.  I have been bad about cookies.  I know that I can not have cookies right there in the pantry.  I will not stop eating them, then I feel bad about how many I ate.
I have been off the phase 2 protocol for about 2 to 3 weeks and I am feeling really good about how I look, even though I know I still have some more weight to lose.  I was not embarrassed about how I looked in my bathing suit at the hot tub.
Starting on Wednesday I am planning on going back on the drops and back to phase 2 to lose the remaining 15 or so pounds I need to lose.
I really need to go out and start buying clothes that fit, but I had already told myself that I would safety pin my clothes until I hit my goal weight as I do not want to buy anything until I hit the actual loss I need.  Even the clothes that I had held on to for the "inbetween" stage have gotten too big.
My energy is still up there and I am doing so much more physically than I was before.
Each day is a new beginning and I am doing everything I can to make it an exciting one.
