Status Update 1

Current Weight 153.2

So I am back down to the maintained weight after gorging myself on fat laden, sugary, fried foods for two days.  I felt heavy and gross, but I do love the KFC.
After spending the day at work, surrounded by the candy, pastries and diet soda, I was happy to go home.  When I got home I made myself some cooked squash, it was pretty good.  For dinner I had saved up my protien so I could have a decent serving of a low-fat hamburger patty.  I did make a mistake and completely forgot that I ate a salad for lunch so I ended up with 3 veg for the day.  I also ate 1 potato chip and a couple of small cuts of roasted potato.  All in all, I feel I did really well.  I drank lots and lots of water. 
Later in the evening I got on the floor and did my exercises, so I am toning along the way.  My BMI is still high and I have to work hard to turn that other layer of fat to muscle.  It won't make much difference to the shape of my body if I lose more weight, but still have the underlying fat. 
I know that the hardest part for me is when I am at work, becuase of all the treats that are in the kitchen.  I have an incredible sweet tooth, that I had hoped to curb on my first round of the HCG.  That did not happen, I love cookies and doughnuts, I also love the Swedish Fish.  So far I have not craved any of those things in the past few days and that is when I expected to crave it the most.
Today I am eating some sliced squash for my veg, an apple for my fruit, I have a piece of fish (a fish stick) for my protein, I lwill remove th breading from the outside and cook it in the toaster oven at work.  But we are running low on protein based foods at the house, and since I do not have any Melba toast, I am cheating a little with a 100 calorie wheat round, but only 1/2 so it will be 50 calories.  I will go this evening to the grocery store to pick up items I need to make my diet work.  For dinner this evening I am cooking beef for my protein, fresh spinach for my veg, and most likely an orange or apple for my fruit, I should have my Melba's by then, but I will probably pass on those since I will have the wheat for lunch.
This weekend I will take my measurements and post them.  I do not like to take them in the evening after I have already eaten for part of the day.  All I can say is that my clothes not only fit better, but are too big and I am only picking a few things up here and there.  I really want to wait until I have gotten to my goal, before I buy new clothes, plus I will by then have toned up a lot also.
I will post again tomorrow and I am hoping to show my current weight to be atleast 2 to 3 pounds less!

  1. I'm going to get back on it myself, once I can afford the drops again. I've maintained pretty well, but know I have a way to go before I'm done.

    I think you'll do great this time around, just like the first time!
