Phase 3 - Introduction of Foods

Current 152.2 Well yesterday was my last day on the drops for round 2. I did not lose as much as I had hoped, but then again, I should not have expected too lose as much since I did not follow the protocol the same. I did lose 3 pounds and I am happy with that. As I mentioned previously I am now working on toning my body and when you start to tone, you build muscle and muscle weighs a lot more than fat. I want to be toned, just nowhere near as toned as Madonna, to me she just looks sickly. I don't want to lose my curves. I just want to be healthier and be set into an exercise routine. With my culinary classes coming and working fulltime I will not have a lot of time on my hands to be putting food in my mouth and I won't be sitting around the house watching TV, which lends to my stuffing my mouth. Temptations are everywhere. I just went to refill my coffee and in the basket is a Fiber One bar, A Balance bar and Raisinettes. Now the Fiber One bar has 140 calories, the Balance bar has 190 as does the Raisinettes. I love Raisinettes, but then in walks the boss man with a package of cookies, not typical store bought cookies, but cookies from one of those fancy places. Temptation, temptation and more temptation. For now I have walked away with a cup of coffee, will it stay that way? Honestly, most likely not. It is time for me to get some work done. Good luck in your weight loss.
