When I went to get fitted for my cooking uniform I told the lady that I would need a medium top. She looked at me and said "I am thinking a small", I tried on the medium and it was huge. So a small it was. When it came to the pants my first thought was large, but I said medium and yes the medium was perfect. Right now I do not have my Wii, I have the work-out and more work-out disc and I am planning on getting back on to the work outs. In the meantime I am doing some floor exercises along with my taking a walk every evening. My floor exercises consist of doing some stretches and mini-crunches. It is time to work on tightening the muscles. Last weekend I went through my clothing and started pulling out the pants and capri's that no longer fit me. I had a very hard time letting things go. Partly because I have worn that size for so long, sometimes the clothes were too tight, but I wore them because I refused to buy a larger size. But now it's because I have nothing else to wear in place of these as well as fearing I won't be able to keep the weight off. I have already proven that I can maintain the weight. I know that this weekend I should be going through the clothes again because most of what I have left do not fit anymore. I have to continuously pull my pants up. Of course I do not have any replacement clothes and money is of short supply these days. Even if I go to the second hand store, which is where I do most of my shopping anyway. If a few short months I will not need to worry too much about business professional clothing, with summer coming the office goes to business casual and I should be able to get through wearing the few dresses I have, the few capri's, that still fit. Now about the shirts/blouses, that is another story. The ones that I have loved from Cato Fashoins are too big and the fit is so far off that it makes them uncomfortable, yet I am not able to give them away, yet! Well today I am going to go try things on and do what I can to give them away. All of now. Peace, Love and Healthy eating!!!!!
